Fio D Azeite offers a blend of traditional and modern Mediterranean cooking. Fio D Azeite prides itself on the quality of the raw ingredients used in its kitchen, many of which are source directly from the producers, including meet, salmon, shellfish and cheese. Where possible, vegetables are from organic suppliers.
The establishment offer a number of menus, ranging from bar food, through set price menus to full à la carte. Flavio Amaral, Head Chef at Fio D Azeite brings his own individual touches to the Fio Azeite style.
The À la Carte Menu specialises in the finest steaks and dishes to please the carnivore with daily specials of fish, game, offal and seasonal food.
The Something Else menu is for those with a sweet tooth, a passion for savouries or a love of cheese, olive oil, and should not be missed. A lighter Bar Menu features sandwiches, salads, tartines and the famous Chicken Crepe.
